About Me

I have 31 years of experience as physical therapist assistant. I have worked in a variety of environments including inpatient care, home health, long term care but have work exclusively in outpatient therapy for the past 25 years. I utilize mostly manual "hand on" types of therapy techniques. My love for manual therapies started as a student at a school clinical in Roseburg, OR. Along with my fellow students they quickly nick named it "The Last Chance Clinic" as it seemed many of the patients had been to several other places without success but then under these manual therapist's care finally improved. I understand the importance of stepping back and looking at the body as a whole and appreciating how one area of the body can affect another.  Even after many years of working with the human body it still never ceases to amaze me how intricate and beautifully connected the body is. I love to help patients feel better and learn about their body’s interconnectedness. It is a joy to see how excited patients get when they not only feel better but finally understand what is going on in their body. It is a privilege to do this work.
