About Me

I'm a queer, white, somatic bodyworker who's been offering craniosacral therapy for 15 years.  My aim is to create a safe container for folks wanting to engage with the instinctual wilderness of the body for nervous system regulation, relief from symptoms, and intimacy with self and community. Through online and in-person one-on-one sessions and group classes, I help build on your existing resources and name new ones as they arise. I bring a 28 year study of anatomy, ability to interact with multiple systems in your body at once, and a genuine desire to connect to all of my work. I'm a PA licensed massage therapist since 2008, founded Threshold in 2013, and completed my training in Somatic Experiencing in 2022. I've taken Upledger Craniosacral Therapy courses since 2009, and Barral's Neural and Visceral Manipulation courses since 2011.  My work welcomes all body types, abilities, and genders and is trauma informed.

Much of the work I do has been credited to white men who have gained knowledge from indigenous folks and BIPOC. In honor of this often invisible contribution, I offer a sliding scale for these folks
