About
I am a physical therapist with 26 years of experience. I have been studying Craniosacral therapy since 2018 after experiencing its benefits for children through colleagues at my previous job. I use my skills daily to help children and their families feel better, make progress towards their goals and become their best selves.
Outside of work, I am an army wife with 2 children. My oldest child is in high school and has a chromosome deletion that caused blindness and developmental delays. Our family is rounded out by our spunky, independent high schooler who enjoys sports and all things active.
I enjoy exercising, spending time with my family, camping, skiing and walking my rescue pup. I also enjoy craniosacral therapy whenever I get a chance to sneak a session with my colleagues. It keeps me balanced.
