About Me

I am a student whose journey began when I was introduced to subtle energy on my own personal search of self-healing. My professional background is graphic design; yet I feel a strong sense and call to answer in the form of this work.

I find a gentle approach most effective and complementary, I became a student of Dr. Upledger's CranioSacral Therapy (upledger.com) and Dr. Scimeca's Catalyst (gocatalyst.com) forward-healing bodywork modality.

The body has an amazing and innate ability to repair and correct. Certain factors can interrupt the natural process of the body and sometimes an individual may need a faciliator to "speak" to and hold a space for your inner wisdom to initiate this process. Please continue on your journey and remain vigiliant! As my wise mentor once said, "You were not born here to suffer".
