I provide Craniosacral Therapy and grounded therapeutic bodywork for people living with stress, physical tension, exhaustion, and the demands of everyday life.
Joshua Henkels, LMT, BCTMB is board certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and integrates therapeutic massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and attentive hands-on care within a calm and supportive environment.
Sessions are quiet, slower-paced, and shaped around what feels manageable for the person on the table that day.
Rather than forcing outcomes, the work is intended to help the body release restrictions, unwind physically, and feel more at ease over time.

Driving directions
Stillness Renewal is located at 695 Jerry Street, Suite 205-20, Castle Rock, CO 80104. The office is in the multi-colored building near downtown Castle Rock, a few blocks west of Perry and Wilcox Streets, in the same building as Domino’s Pizza.
Once you arrive:
Use the south entrance to the building. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and proceed down the hallway to Executive Suite 205 on the right. Once inside Suite 205, Stillness Renewal, Suite 20, is the second and third doors on the left.
