About Me

I earned her advanced degrees in the Information Technology field and has been a member of that community for well over 20 years. I realized that this field provided a great field to meet people but I was looking for a more creative path. 

I began my wellness journey in my early 20's when I worked in a spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I was exposed to various modalities like Swedish, CranioSacral Therapy, and Shiatsu and saw the results of this self-love on our clients. 

Prior to the pandemic, I decided to enroll in Massage Therapy school so that I can pursue health management and helping those who are burned out like me from the corporate world. What I found was a whole group of people who felt older than they are due to stress and life. 

I am trained in various modalities including CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and SomatoEmotional Release (SER).
