"I cherish our human potential to live lovingly with ourselves, other beings, and the planet, and offer long distance healing sessions, teach classes and facilitate individual session to that purpose.
I am grateful to Thomas Berry, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Suzanne Scurlock, and John Upledger for their wisdom and inspiration. I'm working on a novel about generational trauma, based on my family history. Elizabeth Stout's Olive Kitterage is my gold standard for a succinct and powerful story teller.
My SkillsSensory Integration training with a focus on working with adults and children with diverse issues such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD. She was a staff clinician at Developmental Therapy Associates for 7 years.
