For people who love deep massage I practice Ashiatsu, deep feet therapy, in which I use my feet and body weight to give as much pressure as needed. I also do regular massages of varying pressures using my hands. For those who love the more subtle forms of body work and healing, I practice craniosacral therapy and Reiki. I love incorporating Reiki and craniosacral therapy into regular massage sessions because it increases the healing benefits.
