About
Jessica graduated from University of MD—Baltimore County with a BA in Psychology in 2010 and from the University of Maryland—Eastern Shore as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015. Jessica’s goal with patients is to integrate the mind, soul, and body to improve health and well-being. Often body dysfunction presents outside of typical parameters, and if can be challenging to navigate the medical system when this happens. As an act of happy rebellion, Jessica integrates the nontangible aspects of health with the scientific, allowing the body to tell its story, to bring patients in alignment with their greatest selves.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys active hobbies such as hiking, rock climbing, travel, and foraging, as well as indoor ones, such as arts/crafts, cooking, herbalism, and relaxing with her Italian Greyhound.
