About Me
I graduated from Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics in 2016. I studied their comprehensive program that included the Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy levels I & II as well as Canine, Feline, and Equine Pfrimmer. During my time in massage school, I also completed two levels of the Ingham method of Reflexology with the International Institute of Reflexology. Since graduating, I have continued coursework with the Upledger Institute and Barral Institute studying Cranio Sacral levels I & II and Visceral Manipulation level I, respectively.Â
In 2018, I decided to return to college to complete my degree in Psychology that I began right out of high school in 2006. I graduated with my Associate’s in Psychology from Ivy Tech in 2020 and completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from IU in 2022.Â
My educational journey coincided with my journey into motherhood when I learned I was pregnant half way through massage school. My daughter was born in 2016 and my first son came in 2019. Throughout this time, I struggled with my own challenges surrounding birth trauma, lactation struggles, infant loss, and postpartum anxiety and depression. This led to a passion for helping other families who experience similar challenges and resulted in a focus on the pediatric population and utilizing my cranio sacral trainings for infants that present with a wide range of conditions. While my recent focus has been primarily on babies, I truly love working with clients of any age to see the positive impact that manual therapies can have on their physical and mental health.
I have a passion for learning, and I love all living things. Spending time outdoors and watching my children explore the world brings me so much joy, and one day I hope to travel the globe. My clients and the positive impact that this work brings to my community inspires me to continue learning every day.Â
