Jessica Ferrer, LMT, CPT, E-RYT

Jessica is a Licensed Muscular Therapist with 20+ years of clinical experience as well as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Massage Cupping Practitioner (CMCP), Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor, and founder of the Cirque Body Aerial Yoga and Aerial Conditioning method. She is a graduate of The Muscular Therapy Institute (Cambridge, MA, 2004) and attended Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Boston University, majoring in Human Physiology (premed track). Jessica combines an ecclectic knowledge base in a broad spectrum of disciplines, advanced training and therapeutic modalities for each client's session.

Jessica has previously maintained a full-time private practice of 16 years in Lexington, MA and now continues to serve the MetroBoston area from her new office in Winchester, MA location as well as a part-time private practice in Amherst, NH serving the Southern New Hampshire area. The practice is best described as addressing chronic and subacute complex conditions for a vast age rage of 0 to 96 years old, with. varying degrees of functional activity level.

Jessica is a Massage Therapy Consultant for Harvard University Athletics & Sports Medicine and has been called upon by professional athletes and Division 1 collegiate sports teams that travel to the MetroBoston area. Additionally, she is a 18-year veteran Volunteer Massage Therapist for the Boston Athletic Association’s legendary Boston Marathon, working with high profile, elite runners, wheelchair athletes, and movement-impaired athletes.

In whatever spare time she has, Jessica is a yoga and aerial yoga instructor, circus arts instructor, motorcycle enthusiast, snowboarder/skier, and a MINI Cooper car enthusiast, who may get her skates back on the ice every couple of years for the annual alumni game of the Boston University Women’s Ice Hockey Team.
