I am an experienced integrative medicine practitioner who blends Eastern and Western approaches to support people of all ages, from babies to older adults. I combine Cranial Sacral Therapy with my work as an occupational therapist and acupuncturist to create care that is both holistic and individualized. This approach helps calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to decrease stress levels and ease pain.
