Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy

I became interested in body work therapies following a fall from a horse in 2004. I trained as a Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy because I was impressed by its gentle, non-intrusive and effective ability to relieve pain. Ortho-Bionomy is a comprehensive bodywork that includes positional release, craniosacral and visceral therapy and postural re-education. It provides relief from acute and chronic pain, increases ease of movement, encourages faster healing from injury and assists the body in recovery from trauma. Over the years I have continued my professional development by attending advanced training courses. Most recently I have begun training in neural manipulation through the Barral Institute, this has deepened my practice and I have found it to be deeply rewarding and effective. My clients come to see me for a variety of reasons: for help with injuries (both acute and chronic); migraines; concussion; whiplash; neck and shoulder tension; acute and chronic pain; digestive issues; reducing stress mental, emotional and physical; improve range of motion and posture. I also have spent 25 years in the horse business and have a busy manual therapy practice working with performance horses, as well as dogs.
