Jeanette Krogstad PT, OCS, CFMT

About Me

Jeanette brings over 30 years of hands-on physical therapy experience to her clients. She is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) and a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics (OCS) and has practiced in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedic, sports rehabilitation, acute care and home health. She now sees clients in her private practices in Santa Cruz, CA and Los Altos, CA.

Jeanette believes clients can achieve their maximum physical potential through an integrated approach of skilled evaluation and treatment of the musculoskeletal, neural-meningeal, visceral and vascular systems directed toward restored balance and efficiency, partnered with therapeutic exercises targeted at identified muscle imbalances in order to return clients to their desired levels of activity and fitness. Jeanette enjoys keeping abreast of current research in Physical Therapy and is excited to share her passion for physical therapy while training and mentoring colleagues for the Barral Institute and the Institute of Physical Art.
