Hi, I’m Jariah Wilder. If you have dealt with chronic headaches for years, you know how much of your life they can take away. My mission is simple: To give you lasting relief from migraines and tension so you can reclaim your days.

My Journey to "Magic Hands"

My path began in 2011 after I received my first professional massage. The instant pain relief I experienced was a revelation—it felt like a gift. That moment sparked a calling to provide that same life-changing relief to others. I graduated from the Indiana Therapeutic Massage School in 2012 and have since dedicated my career to mastering Craniosacral Therapy (CST).

Specialized Care for Lasting Results

I believe that true relief comes from more than just temporary relaxation. To provide the best care possible, I have pursued extensive, advanced training with the world-renowned Upledger Institute.

Craniosacral Therapy has proven incredibly successful for my clients, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone who has suffered for years finally become migraine-free. Whether we are working on long-term prevention or stopping an active migraine in its tracks during a single session, I am committed to getting you back to feeling your best.

Over the years, my clients have given me nicknames like “The Muscle Whisperer” and “The Headache Meister.” I take that reputation to heart with every person who walks through my door.

Beyond the Treatment Room

When I’m not in the clinic, I find my own peace in nature. You’ll often find me kayaking, beachcombing for seashells, or deep in the woods foraging for fungi and exploring the forest floor.
