Registered Massage Therapist, Techniques-Certified Craniosacral Therapist

I have been a registered massage therapist since 1996 and a craniosacral therapist since 1997. I have spent the past 25 years assessing and treating a variety of conditions across a wide range of ages and demographics. My main interest lies in utilizing craniosacral therapy to treat the body in a holistic manner: physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.

I am self-employed in the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Along with my individual practice, I also operate a Multiple Hands Craniosacral Therapy Practice with Gale Antaya, PT, CST-T.

Skills

Over my 25-year massage therapy career, I have taken a therapeutic approach to the assessment and treatment of my clients. My skill set includes:

Therapeutic Massage techniques

Craniosacral Therapy

Visceral Manipulation

Myofascial Release

In 2012, Gale Antaya and I embarked on a Multiple Hands Craniosacral Therapy practice. With a CST base, this treatment approach entails two therapists treating a single client over the course of one hour; (30 minutes for 12 and under). There are many advantages to this form of treatment. Each session offers an opportunity to explore how the body is struggling on all levels of being: physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. It also provides an opportunity to connect areas of dysfunction and work to release these areas simultaneously. Every session is unique to each individual.
