Irena Mitev holds a license issued by the State of Oregon and is a member of the AMBP Massage Association. Originally from Macedonia, Irena studied at “Cyril and Methodius Medical School” in Skopje. During her studies, she developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies of the human body, and become captivated by its anatomy and physiology. However, halfway through her studies, Irena realized that her true interest lay in the natural methods of healing, rather than the conventional medical approach. It was during this time that she discovered the therapeutic benefits of massage and bodywork as a profound method of healing.
Since graduating from massage school in 2006, Irena has dedicated herself to developing her skills and expanding her knowledge of various healing techniques. These include Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Cross Fiber Friction Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Sound Therapy, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Spinal Flow Therapy. By incorporating these diverse techniques and therapies, Irena offers a unique element to each healing session. Recognizing that no single approach is universally effective for every individual, her goal as a therapist is to tailor each healing session to meet the specific needs of her clients.
