I believe our bodies are capable of deep healing. Our bodies know what is needed to Heal. Our own personal Inner Wisdom expresses our personal healing needs. I help clients access this information through CST and other healing modalities to bring you to Balance.

Gentle touch helps you to relax, and assists your body to remember and retain releases and optimal placements. Intuitive listening to your body's needs and body rhythms brings guidance to your Inner Wisdom's call.

My Skills

I am a certified Speech/Language Pathologist and a licensed massage therapist specializing in CST. i have had many years of experience working with children and adults;ts. Additionally, I am a Reiki Master, Touch for health Kinesiology Practioner, and have studied many other Energetic healing modalities including Chakra Balancing, Aroma touch, shamanic techniques, and Energy Healing  . I bring an eclectic approach, bringing in additional skills when necessary, with an open heart and highest intentions to my work.
