Hugo started as a yoga and meditation coach more than twenty five years ago. He is certified in Zero Balance, Muscle Activation, acupuncture, and has taken courses in Craniosacral. He believes the body's ability to self heal. Hugo is dedicated to facilitating his client's healing and restoration process. Hugo practices Vipassana meditation, holotropic breathing and teaches yoga.
