I am a PA state licensed massage therapist & have been treating clients since 2006. I approach the body as an integrated dynamic whole rather than individual parts. I work with the body's myofascial, craniosacral and energy systems utilizing various techniques to release restrictions in the tissue and promote a greater sense of overall balance and wellness. My goal is to help ease the suffering of others through therapeutic touch and presence. I am totally invested in the work that I do because I truly love it. I always strive to tune in to my clients' deeper self and allow their bodies to reveal what they need. We have within our very cells the innate ability to heal our bodies and to help heal others. If we can let our minds get out of the way our bodies can do their job.
