Hilary Heisman

Hilary Heisman (Swickheimer) is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in gentle soft tissue manipulation. Her training includes several modalities of traditional therapeutic massage, along with CranioSacral Therapy and Massage Cupping, to reduce tension and to increase a healthy connection with one's self. She believes in partnering with clients to provide a safe place for healing and pain relief. Hilary named her business Joy Well Therapy because: "When we take time to care for ourselves, we experience joy. The more we experience joy, the more easily we can show compassion. When we show compassion - for ourselves, for the world around us - the more joy can easily flow into our daily lives. And through these mindful choices and actions, we can make joy a habit.
