About Me

Helen Whatley, LMT, CZB, MHFC, FIA

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Illinois, a Certified ZeroBalancer, a Master Certified Healing from the Core Practitioner, and Foundation Certified Insight Acupressure practitioner. I am also Board Certified by the NCBTMB. I am working toward my Certification in CranioSacral Techniques, and have completed a number of advanced classes in addition to the required courses for that certification, including the complete Unwinding Meridians Curriculum.

I work with my clients to find ease from pain, whatever the source.  Each session is a collaboration, in which I meet my clients where they are, hold space for their healing, and use whichever skill or combination of skills are appropriate for each session. I recognize that sometimes, the body manifests physical pain in response to emotional pain, and focus my work on the modalities, like CranioSacral Therapy, that treat the whole person, not just the symptom.
 

My love of learning and of massage and bodywork mean that I average over 100 hours of continuing education courses each year, and I enjoy incorporating all of that knowledge into my sessions with my clients. My National Provider Number is: 1013311166

Hours of operation / Fees

$80.00 per hour for all non-massage based therapies.

$90.00 per hour for therapeutic or relaxation massage.

I work by appointment only, five days per week in Champaign, Illinois.
