Heather West PT, DPT, COMT

About Me

Dr. West graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2004. Heather is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) with Maitland Australian Physiotherapy and she has completed extensive coursework with the Barral Institute and has found these techniques to be very effective. She currently resides outside of Washington, D.C. in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband and three children.


My Skills

Heather is a manual therapist who treats a range of complex somatic conditions. She uses a broad array of techniques tailored to the individual needs each patient from Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation and Manual Articular, to Craniosacral, Australian Manual Techniques and Dry Needling.
