About Me

I became a massage therapist because there was a desire in me to help others. At first, it was just physical...helping others with back and arthritic pain or those suffering from muscular injuries. But after seeing all the facets that corrective massage therapy can accomplish in the lives of others, I realized I wanted to do more. After experiencing a traumatic loss in my family, I realized a deeper need to reach out to others and utilitze compassionate techniques taught in Corrective Massage and CranioSacral education to not only aid people in pain reduction and muscle stress, but to lead others to emotional health, full body balance and wellness. CranioSacral Therapy provides relief for physical and emotional pain, PTSD and trauma as well. It is my passion to empower you to use my bodywork sessions as a tool in your healing process.
