My name is Heather Graf-Lensegrav and my passion is to help you restore function and balance into your life through a variety of techniques.
I became interested in Craniosacral Therapy after attending Massage Therapy School. I later began the Craniosacral journey after experiencing a major illness. As of today, I have attended Craniosacral 1, 2, SomatoEmotional release 1, 2 and Advanced Craniosacral 1 and 2. It has truly changed and enhanced my life. I have attended several other Craniosacral courses to continue my love of the modality. I have also attended Barrel Visceral Manipulation 1,2, and 3. My most recent craniosacral passion is attending classes in the Bahamas with the dolphins.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time in the Black Hills with my family.
