I have been studying and practicing CranioSacral Therapy since 2008 and am Techniques Certified by the Upledger Institute. Being a licensed massage therapist, my sessions are a fluid, dynamic integration of CranioSacral Therapy with other gentle mind/body therapies. My emphasis is working with teenagers and adults. I refer to wonderful local CST Pediatrics specialists for younger children and infants. I approach every session with an open mind and heart, ready to apply whatever techniques are most appropriate for the moment. The session begins with a few minutes of conversation to establish the reason for the session and to learn if any specific areas need to be addressed. My goal is to work with you so that together we can optimize your level of health, suppleness, flexibility and ease throughout your musculo-skeletal system, your central nervous system, your mind and your heart. Driving directions

From I-184 heading into downtown Boise, continue east on Myrtle St to 3rd St. Turn left and go north for 5 blocks. Turn left (west) on Idaho St, go west for 1 1/2 blocks. Our building is on the left (south) side of the street. Our lot has three free visitor parking spaces, as well as metered and free parking in the neighborhood.
