Hanna Bondar

About Me

A therapist by calling, Hanna has spent the past 10 years developing a unique approach that blends deep clinical knowledge with gentle, sensitive hands-on work with the Body, Energy, and Emotions — helping each person restore health from within.

In addition to European physical therapy education, she has over a decade of rich private practice, including her role as a Teaching Assistant for the worldwide Upledger Institute.

Hanna is highly intuitive and skilled in diagnostics with her hands — she sees beyond symptoms to identify root causes. She applies advanced techniques of soft yet effective manual correction, all based on a deep and structured understanding of anatomy and physiology. Her work centers on fascia, the central nervous system, and internal organs, emphasizing their role in whole-body integration and resilience.

Her methods are non‑invasive, delicate, and suitable for clients of all ages — from newborns to adults.

She works with a wide range of conditions, including:

• Central Nervous System Disorders

• Migraines and Headaches

• Anxiety, Stress and Tension‑Related Disorders

• Chronic Neck and Lower Back Pain

• Pre-Surgery Body Preparation and Optimization

• Post-Operative Care (scar tissue, plates, fused vertebra, hysterectomy, C-section, etc.)

• Post-Motor Vehicle Accident injuries (whiplash injury)

• Infants and Newborns (birth trauma, latching issues, premature birth, difficult labor, etc.)

• Children and Teens (post-trauma, growth support, stress release during school loads, physical and emotional balance, etc.)

•  Autism, ADD, ADHD; Speech, Mental, and Physical Delays; Learning Differences

• Prenatal/Postnatal Issues

• Pelvic Floor Dysfunction (Coccyx Trauma, Pelvic Pain, Pelvic Floor Muscles, etc.)

• Internal Organ Dysfunctions

• Post‑Concussion Symptoms

• Chronic Fatigue

• TMJ Disorders and Dysfunctions

• Intraoral Work to Support Dental, Orthodontic, or Maxillofacial Treatments.

• And many other conditions

Through exclusive knowledge, extensive experience, and years of hands‑on practice with children aged 0-6 with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, and neurological conditions, Hanna has created a unique method centered on restoring balance in the central nervous system — the core source of many challenges. Her gentle, targeted techniques improve speech and receptive language comprehension and facilitate learning and developmental processes, bringing meaningful improvements to daily life.

During each session, Hanna explains the client’s condition to help them understand themselves more deeply, answers questions, and offers professional recommendations.
