Claudia Chica PT, Dipl.C.H, DOM

About Me

Dr. Claudia Chica graduated magna cum laude (Fall of 2004) from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture, as well as a Diplomate in Herbal Medicine.
She is also a Licensed Physical Therapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience helping people heal, recover, and live with greater vitality.
Since 2007, Dr. Chica has been studying and specialized in regenerative injection therapies. She first trained with Dr. Stan Swihart in Prolotherapy using dextrose solutions, vitamins, and natural substances, later expanding her knowledge with Dr. Robert Rowen in Oxidative Therapies with Hydrogen Peroxide and Ozone, and with Dr. Robert Kidd in Neural Therapy.
Today, her practice integrates and mainly focuses in Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Prolotherapy, and Ozone injections to stimulate the body’s natural repair processes—helping patients reduce pain, recover from injuries, restore joint stability, and regain strength and mobility.
Alongside regenerative medicine, Dr. Chica has devoted decades to the study and practice of advanced manual therapies. She began with Cranio-Sacral Therapy in 1994, completing advanced and preceptor-level courses, before discovering Visceral Manipulation in 2002.
Since then, she has trained extensively with the Barral Institute under Dr. Jean-Pierre Barral and the Barral Institute Diplomate Instructors in Visceral, Neural, Brain, and Vascular Manipulation.
She has also studied Brain Therapy with Dr. Bruno Chikly and completed the Lymphatic Drainage curriculum through the Chikly Health Institute.
These precise, gentle techniques help release restrictions in the body, calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and restore balance along the body–mind axis.
Her lifelong commitment to advanced training, combined with compassionate and skillful care, has supported countless patients on their journey to profound self-healing, greater resilience, and a more harmonious quality of life.
Dr. Chica feels deeply blessed to walk this path of service and continues to practice with gratitude, integrity, compassion, and respect for the unique journey of every person she serves.
