About Me

Hello I am Gregory Phillips and welcome. I started my journey of helping people in 2005 when I started to learn Reiki by getting my level 1 attunement. By they end of that year I received the master/teacher level attunement. The more I used the Reiki energy to help myself and others, I became more aware of the connection that the Mind, Body, and Soul (Spirit) had on the over all health of the person. I also teach Reiki and seeing other people utilizing this wonderful healing energy that we are all a part of is amazing. In 2008 I had the opportunity to go to massage school and become a licensed massage therapist for the state of Maine. When I was in school I also learned polarity therapy. I was in a private practice for about a year when I helped open and become a co-founder of Sage of the Light an alternative healing center located in Naples, Maine. Sage of the Light
