Grace is a gift for children and adults. Her work is profound. I have experienced different kinds of cranial work over the years, but nothing quite as energetically powerful or sophisticated in the energetics. She's working on a new level of Cranial/Attunement. Grace
I didn't know what to expect... but knew I needed help moving beyond my experience of tick disease related symptoms. I don't what to call the powerful earthquake of an experience I had with Grace, but powerful it was. Grace is gifted at what she does. I truly have more faith in Grace's healing abilities than modern medicine. Where they have failed, she is healing. She pin-pointed specific things that I had not even told her about. I don't know how she does it, but I am ever so grateful to her. I had 50% improvement after one session. I believe I am on the way to be fully healed by Grace, not pain medications. Grace is a gift to many.

Grace Elizabeth's philosophy on health and well-being:
"Einstein demonstrated that matter and energy are intimately tied together, and so it follows that your body cannot be separated from your energy systems. Health and healing are phenomena that require both the physical (body) and the energetic (mind, heart, spirit, and energy anatomy) to be addressed. To the degree that you are not aligned in body, mind, heart, and spirit, you suffer. You may experience your suffering physically as pain, injury, illness, or syndrome. Likewise, you may experience your suffering emotionally, in relationships, in your overall functioning, or as "blocks" to your creativity or performance. Whatever ways you experience the disharmonies, when you improve the internal connections, healing and vitality naturally follow."
Grace Elizabeth brings enthusiasm and insight into the connection between your body's physical and energetic structures, and how they work together to create health and well-being. By focusing on the nervous system, the subtle energy systems, and the carriage of the physical body, she perceives disharmonies that are creating pain, strain, or dysfunctions. She has been a practitioner of CranioSacral Therapy and a Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute since 2001, with over 1200 hours of bodywork training as well as completion of a 2-year Energy Medicine training program in 2007.

Driving directions
For REMOTE SESSIONS, Grace Elizabeth uses the Zoom platform for video conferencing or by telephone.
For IN-PERSON SESSIONS, the office is located just north of downtown Asheville, in the Grove Park area.
Sessions take place in a peaceful, professional setting. Each session includes assessment of the client's current needs, which allows treatments to follow your personal development from session to session. Grace Elizabeth also takes the time to share tips and personalized suggestions that will empower you to continue the healing and balancing between your treatment sessions, so that you can make the most out of each appointment.
