I am a Vermont native and find peace and grounding in our forests and mountains. Helping my clients make lasting changes within themselves and their bodies is my passion and my calling. I have been a practicing bodyworker since 2005, will be a life-long student of bodywork, health and healing and am honored to share this passion with my clients. My work focuses on listening to and following my clients’ bodies and working with root issues and imbalances rather than just treating symptoms. This intuitive approach creates space for deep healing that’s not just physical, but emotional and energetic as well. My goal as a practitioner is to help clients move away from pain and dysfunction toward ease and balance.
