A practitioner of the Healing Arts since 1995, Genevieve utilizes CranioSacral Therapy, Structural & Massage Therapy in addition to traditional Ashtanga Yoga to support her clients.  Because these methodologies have offered such valuable healing experiences for her, she is thrilled to share as appropriate for each client. 

Genevieve has an active lifestyle, cherishing time in the wilderness as well as refining artistic pursuits. She is an advocate for living simply and eating plant based, whole food. A mother of 2 teenagers, she continues to learn (and enjoy!) the fine art of letting go and allowing life to be just as it is.

Beyond techniques, Genevieve's offering of CranioSacral Therapy is informed by not only her Upledger course work, but the additional modalities she has practiced for decades.  She brings a unique presence through cultivation of the yogic process, her own healing journey from trauma, and (of course) experience as a therapist. 

Her work is informed by a wide range of modalities including Deep Tissue, Myofascial/ Structural Therapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Lymphatic Gua Sha, Abayanga, Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Visceral Manipulation and Swedish massage.  When Genevieve discovered CranioSacral Therapy, her approach to all other forms of therapeutic touch shifted.  She realized how fast her own nervous system had been operating and what a profound shift to "drop in" to the lived experience of now...getting very quite and listening to the subtle movements and blockages of the body, all with a compassionate set of hands holding space for the journey.  

Specific to CST, Genevieve has an extra heart to serve clients with anxiety, depression, TBI, headaches/migraines, ADD, and Post Traumatic Stress.  That said, she welcomes and values all of her clients.
