I listen. Using listening techniques I feel what your body wants. I rely more on what your body tells me than what I think I need to do.

I palpate, or feel, feedback from your body, which tells me where there is pain or tension, congestion or adhesion. I facilitate a release and teach you how to also feel it.

I also believe that improving your health is most effective when done in partnership. I will always give you the bodywork that your body needs when we are in session, and then I will offer you techniques that you can do at home. It may be postural instruction, stretches or actual bodywork techniques – all are easy and will help improve your health daily.

You may find that you do not need as much therapy from me by learning these self-care techniques, or you can improve your condition more dramatically by combining the self-help techniques with regular sessions from me…you choose. I love working with clients who want to learn about their body and participate in its care and maintenance.

So, whether you come in for one session or 20, you are my sole focus for the entire time we are in session.

My skills

Lymph Drainage:
Advanced Lymph Drainage including full-body wellness care as well as Pre- and Post-Surgical. Detailed lymph care for breast. Advanced care for major organs: kidneys, lungs, liver.  Also helpful for eye conditions and general health.  Clear ear congestion, which then assist with whole face, sinuses, and BRAIN.

CranioSacral Therapy:
Basic level full-body, spine, and especially cranial.

Visceral Manipulation:
I practice VM often and with great results, especially abdominal organs but also pelvic, and thoracic. Listening techniques have been broadened to include ties to all modalities.

Reflexology:
Besides being yummy relief to the feet I read the feet. This is another way to listen to the body and also to treat the whole body. Organs, joints, stiffness, and even sinus can be treated from the feet.

TMJ Release:
The jaw is the key that locks the neck and blocks the Lymph. To release the TMJ I may utilize CST, especially zygomatic and hyoids. Once the jaw is released, neck muscles can be relaxed more easily and lymph flow can be enhanced. TMJ Release can help arm problems, postural distortions and instantly helps the neck muscles let go and lymph flow to increase!

Raindrop Therapy:
9 essential oils with healing qualities are feathered up the spine. An hour and a half massage along with extraordinary Grade A Young Living aromatherapy oils.
