I'm Gail Gowen, Colorado Native, trained at the Upldedger Institute, the Barral Institute, Colorado School of the Healing Arts (CSHA), Full Circle School of Massage Therapy, and practicing in Arvada CO at Massage Envy Arvada West. I'm a WATSU student at Celestial Seahorse in Lakewood, CO. I'm Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) certified through Full Circle School of Massage Therapy.

I certified in Lymphatic Drainage 1-3 and CST 1 & 2 at CSHA in 2022-2023. I completed Upledger CS2 in October 2024 and Polyvagal Manual Therapy 1 in February 2025.

Light to moderate pressure Swedish massage using warm bamboo sticks, aromatherapy, CST, SMRT, MLD, Pre-natal massage, Trauma Touch Massage (TTT), Hot Basalt Stone, Cupping (silicone gliding and static), and hands-on Reiki. I work with children, adults, elderly, and cancer patients. I also do mobile massage and CST for clients that have their own massage table or in-home hospital-type bed.
