About Me

Gaby is a Bodyworker & Energy worker. Since graduating from Southern California Health Institute in 2014, and obtaining her certification in Massage Therapy, she has been inspired to deepen her knowledge in other integrative approaches and has obtained certifications in Contemporary Cupping Methods, Auth Method of Forearm Massage, Reiki I and II and CranioSacral Therapy I and II. She is also a Health Coach in training and will obtain her certification in February of 2024.
Her philosophy is simple. "We all have the power within to heal our body, our mind, and our soul. We just need to learn how to do it".

"My role in this endeavor is more than that of a holistic practitioner. It is a role of a guide, assisting you through your spiritual & physical discoveries, and your own capabilities for self-healing".

"I deeply believe in the power of alternative and integrative healing methods and in the amazing capability our body has to heal oneself when provided with the right knowledge and intention — which is why I am constantly advancing my studies to be able to guide my clients through the healing process with a wide range of approaches".
