Francesca Di Rosso
Cranio sacral therapist
About Me
Hello, I am Francesca. Originally from Italy, I have been based in Brussels, Belgium, since 1999. I also work on the island of Ilovik in Croatia during the summer. With a master’s degree in conference interpreting from the University of Trieste, I am fluent in five languages: Italian, French, English, Dutch, and German. My career as a professional conference interpreter was rewarding, but I felt that something essential was missing. That feeling led me to yoga.
What started as an occasional practice gradually became a daily discipline, transforming not only my physical health but also my entire approach to life. After seven years of dedicated practice, I began teaching yoga and working closely with students. It was through these experiences that I became aware of the many challenges and pains my students were encountering, which inspired me to seek additional ways to support them. This search led me to craniosacral therapy.
In 2014, I attended my first craniosacral therapy class, and it immediately felt like the right path for me. I began my training at the Upledger Institute in Belgium and later specialized in working with children and infants through additional courses in Ireland, covering modules such as PED 1 and 2, as well as conception, pregnancy, and birthing (CCPB). Over the years, I have continued to refine my skills and collaborate with fellow therapists.
I am certified to work with adults, children, and infants, and I am passionate about helping people find relief, balance, and connection through yoga and craniosacral therapy. I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional development. Currently, I am deepening my expertise by studying the brain-gut connection as presented by Nikki Kenward, CST-D.
