About
Following a BA in Psychology I received an M.Ed from the University of Maine at Orono in 1985 and began studying bodywork and energy work in 1999. I graduated from Namaste Institute of Holistic Studies in 2010 and became a Presence in Healing Instructor in 2016.
My Skills
My practice promotes health and vitality and includes teaching self healing through somatic awareness and consciousness. I use Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Presence in Healing to address pain, injury, trauma and immune compromise, and to support people who are in life transitions or who are seeking change.
