About Me

I am Lenny Burdick, a woman whose practice is in Meridian Idaho.

My first exposure to bodywork was learning Therapeutic Touch with the amazing Dora Kunz in Seattle Washington in 1986. In 1990 I graduated from PMTI (Potomac Massage Training Institute) in Silver Spring Maryland.

CranioSacral Therapy entered my practice in 1990 and I became a Teaching assistant in 1998. That began my practice of light touch therapies. I continued learning more and more because I witnessed the effectiveness especially for chronic and acute situations.

In 1996, I met and began training with Dr Rosita Arvigo, DN and Miss Hortense Robinson of Belize. That led me to additional training in Visceral Manipulation, Therapeutic Herbalism, Aromatherapy, and Bach Flower Remedies. I took Dr Arvigo's first Practitioner training in October 1998.
