Hello, I’m Esi House. My own health journey began after the birth of my second child, when I experienced heart palpitations, joint pain, and body swelling that made me reconsider how I wanted to live my life—especially with the hope of staying active for my grandchildren. Seeking answers led me into a deep exploration of bodywork and holistic healing, which transformed not only my health but also my professional path.

Today, I specialize in helping clients find relief from connective tissue pain, fatigue, and complex health challenges. My practice integrates advanced bodywork—including Visceral Manipulation and Craniosacral Therapy, taught through the Barral Institute—with holistic nutrition, energy healing, and genetic insights. This combined approach helps clients understand how the body’s structure, function, and even food choices can influence overall wellness and gene expression.

My mission is simple: to help people move beyond pain, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim the joy of everyday living. My own healing taught me that true wellness is never just about managing symptoms—it’s about restoring balance, resilience, and the freedom to live fully.
