About Me

I have over 29 years of professional bodywork experience combined with over 15 years of CranioSacral Therapy (CST) practice and training. In 2024 I completed my Longevity Specialist Certification  

For new clients, I encourage Introductory Evaluations that combine a full body Range-of-Motion assessment, with applicable massage, CST and stretching techniques.  From there we develop a treatment plan to support you on your wellness journey.
