About Me

I am an occupational therapy provider with a clinical focus on sensory integration, trauma and attachment, and body-based therapeutic approaches that support regulation, resilience, and meaningful participation in daily life. I earned my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Northern Arizona University, where my clinical research explored the impact of complex trauma on children’s development and daily occupations. My work is rooted in an understanding of the nervous system, relational safety, and the power of gentle, attuned intervention.

I am trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and have completed CranioSacral Therapy 1 (CS1). I integrate CST to support autonomic regulation, decrease tension and restriction patterns, and facilitate greater ease, awareness, and comfort in the body. My goal in using CST is to help clients access deeper regulation and healing in a way that is respectful, client-led, and grounded in felt safety.

My therapeutic background also includes DIR/Floortime®, Safe and Sound Protocol and FOCUS Listening certifications through Unyte-iLs, Trauma and Attachment certification through ATTACh.org, and clinical trauma specialist training for individuals and families through the International Trauma Institute. Across settings—home health, school-based, and outpatient—I have found that combining sensory integration, gentle manual therapy, co-regulation, play, and attuned relational work offers a powerful pathway for healing.

I strive to create a therapeutic environment that honors the whole person: their story, their capacity for growth, and the unique ways their nervous system seeks safety and connection. I believe healing happens through collaboration, attunement, and supporting the body’s innate ability to self-organize and find balance. My goal is always to empower clients and caregivers with tools, understanding, and experiences that promote long-term regulation, confidence, and participation in the occupations that matter most.
