About

I bring a background in both massage and energy medicine to my craniosacral therapy practice. When I discovered craniosacral therapy ten years ago in massage school, I knew it was the modality that would weave it all together and allow me to offer effective and transformative bodywork for the mind, body, spirit and heart. I was an active birth doula for six years, which naturally allowed me to specialize in seeing pregnant and postpartum women. I also have a passion for supporting babies that are having trouble breastfeeding, and have completed specific continuing education to support this work, as well as training in the Tummy Time Method with Michelle Emanuel. It is my absolute honor and joy to offer this work!
