About

With over 15 years experience as a Physical Therapist, I specialize in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions.  In 2019, I received my certification in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and am now working through visceral and craniosacral coursework through the Barral and Upledger Institutes.

I believe a whole person, individualized approach to patient care can help to get to the root causes of pain syndromes.  In my practice, I seek to understand all of the factors that could be contributing to my client's clinical picture. Treatment primarily directed at managing symptoms can give temporary relief, but often does not create the change needed for resolution in the long term.

In my free time, I enjoy skiing, mountain and road biking, yoga, travel, gardening, cooking, reading, music, learning new things and spending time with my two daughters, husband, family and friends.
