After completing my first marathon in 1998, I also experienced my first massage. It was life changing. I knew at that moment that I wanted to provide others with therapeutic and restorative benefits of massage.

Now, a Licensed Massage Therapist with 22 years of experience using many modalities specializing in craniosacral therapy,  I am still passionate about providing my clients with personalized, top quality care, I have worked with diverse people of all ages in a variety of settings, including wellness centers, homes, health care centers and my private practice.

My clients find that I am very present and intuitive in understanding their needs. With flexibility, patience, and openness, I balance self-care with client care, which is critical for long term success.

I love supporting, encouraging, and motivating my clients to "just breathe"; be present, and experience the life-changing benefits of craniosacral therapy and massage.
