I am proud to be an Upledger diplomate-certified CranioSacral Therapist, certified mentor, intro class instructor and study group leader. 


My therapy practice is both IN-PERSON at my office in Tarzana, CA, and VIRTUAL, so I may support you wherever you are in the world. I work with people of all ages. Whether you are seeking pain relief, emotional support, relief of trauma and shock, preparation for and recovery from surgery and procedures, or help dealing with chronic illness or conditions, I can help you.


Throughout my career, I have been helping women and their partners to find the love and joy in pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and nurturing their young children. As a Registered Nurse, Lamaze Instructor, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, CranioSacral Therapist, mother, and grandmother, I have a unique ability to evaluate, guide, and support women and children so they may reach their goals and attain an optimal state of physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
