My skills

I am trained in the following modalities: Deep tissue massage with a focus on structural integration to realign muscle fibers, reduce connective tissue adhesions, reduce pain and restore mobility. Craniosacral Therapy to release internal tension, balance cranial sacral rhythm, and release myofascial restrictions from daily stress, accidents, trauma, or physical dysfunctions. Vibrational energy techniques such as Reiki, Essential Oils and Bach flowers are used when needed to enhance and promote optimum health and balance. Visceral Fascial Manipulation to optimize organ health. In addition I have completed the training for Autism as well as the training for Longevity and dementia.
