Ella Zevenbergen

My name is Ella Zevenbergen.  I have worked on the human body in many different arenas for over 20 years.  I started out practicing physical therapy; learning anatomy, physical dysfunctions, treatments for injuries, etc.  I moved into massage therapy; learning to create space, listening intently to the person and the body, feeling the body as a whole as it changed throughout time.  I have now moved into visceral bodywork.  I am finding myself in a place in my career where all of my background is coming together as one.  In my practice, I focus on listening to the body and following its lead to gain resolution of restrictions within the fascia.  These releases can lead to physical, mental and emotional healing.  I hold space for this to occur.
