ELIZABETH PASQUALE, LMT, CST, NLP is the director of Well On The Way® with over 30 years of experience.Elizabeth is an advanced practitioner of over ten different modalities, including CranioSacral Therapy, Aston Therapeutic massage and movement, Lymph Drainage Therapy, NeuroLinquistic Programming and Visceral Manipulation. She is part of a gifted team of holistic practitioners at your service covering the latest discoveries in health and therapeutic techniques.
My Skills
Elizabeth Pasquale, LMT, CST, NLP has had the privilege of learning from the originators of these popular and progressive therapy techniques, assisting Dr. Upledger in clinic and in classes, learning lymphatic drainage with innovators Dr Bruno Chikley and Dr Ray Perrin, taking advanced classes with Visceral Manipulation inventor, Jean-Pierre Barral, postural massage techniques with Judith Aston, Sanoviv certified health counselor, and certified in NLP with Richard Bandler and John Grinder.The combination of these techniques provides a safe and effective way for you to move past hurdles and recover a life of joy and vibrant health.
Pasquale's work is effective for people with all kinds of health disturbances and dis-eases. Some of the most common are concussions, stroke, traumas of all kinds as well as Covid, lyme, and fibromyalgia.
Pasquale works with adults as well as with children with sensory integration disorders, autism, and ADD/ADHD. She was the staff CranioSacral therapist at Camp Dove Avanti, Carmel, NY, one of at that time, 2 camps in the U.S. for children with sensory integration disorder.
Elizabeth has programs for cancer prevention and treatment, including breast and prostate care. Men and women alike benefit from her experience in athletic performance and physical fitness.  Elizabeth is a practitioner of Aston Therapeutics massage and movement, completing certification in June 2006, with manual therapy innovator, Judith Aston.

Elizabeth has practiced manual therapy since earning her New York State massage therapy license in 1992 from The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy, New York. She has assisted Dr. Upledger in his course, The Brain Speaks, and is a therapist with the Institute's Dolphin Therapy Program.
Elizabeth received her CranioSacral Therapy certification in 2002 and brings to Well On The Way® advanced Visceral Manipulation and advanced Lymph Drainage Therapy having studied with their founders, Dr. Jean-Pierre Barral and Dr. Bruno Chikly.
