Elena Radzinskaya

MD, DO, CST-D

About Me

I am a representative of the fifth generation of doctors in my family (from both sides, mother and father). I have always sought to treat the patient as a whole person. I looked for this in general medicine, then in osteopathy, and finally came to Upledger's Craniosacral therapy. I studied both in my country and in the UK with Maggie Gill, to whom I owe everything regarding my professional growth.

I have an extensive practice in Moscow in a large private clinic and in my office, which is my pride and joy. In 2020, during the restrictions related to Covid, I became the first study group leader in Russia (2020), and then the first CST ShareCare and CST Overview classes Presenter (2021) thanks to Melinda Naye. Now I am very proud to be the first Russian-speaking CST-1, CST-2 and SER-1 teacher who can teach classes in both Russian and English. I am also an examiner at Techniques level. I offer one-day classes dedicated to layer-by-layer palpation of structures that we study in CST-1, CST-2 and SER-1 classes (for example, the facilitated segment, respiratory diaphragm, body fluids, etc.). I am very honored to spread the Upledger paradigm with participants all over Russia and even beyond. I love to travel and see how the ideas of Dr Upledger make people from different cultures change deep inside. I am sure that we do make our world a touch better.

My Skills

Medical Doctor (grad. 2012, Peoples Friendship University of Russia), General Medicine Residency (2014). Doctor of Osteopathy (grad. 2017, European School of Osteopathy, Maidstone, UK.)
