About Me
Elena is a graduate of the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and is Certified in CranioSacral Therapy by the Upledger Institute at the Techniques Level. Prior to her career in Complementary Care, Elena studied Industrial Design and holds a Master of Science Degree from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA.
Her practice focuses on helping clients of all ages find relief from chronic pain, stress and anxiety. She delights in using her skills to connect to the body's inner wisdom and support the release of deep fascial restrictions. She is dedicated to helping clients enjoy a better quality of life.
